Your first meeting with Rock|Creek is with the company owner and President, Brent Fraser. This is a great opportunity for big ideas. The time to discuss these possibilities with the company owner is one of the differentiating factors that sets Rock|Creek apart from the competition. This big picture meeting will help you define the overall scope for design, specifications, budget and development times-lines.
Contract
Clear and constant communication is the key to a successful contract. All efforts are made at this stage to ensure that every detail is reviewed and understood prior to sign off. Rock|Creek's contractual process has continually evolved since 2003 and the successful management of 100's of past projects is a testament to Rock|Creek's work in this area.
Walk through & Possession
A Rock|Creek walk through is equally important to the Rock|Creek team as our new home owners. We take a tremendous amount of pride in our work and ensure every detail meets our level of inspection. It is very important to us that when you take possession of your new Rock|Creek home all of your new home 'building' is behind you and you can enjoy your new home 'living'.
Blue Print Design Consultation
Your next meeting is with architectural genius Glen Bray. Glen has been solving space problems and creating unique plans with Rock|Creek for the last 5 years. This meeting will set your budget and construction details offering the blue print that will guide your project to success.
Interior Design Consultation
Now that that your plans are set it's
time to 'dress' your new home. Working
with Rock|Creek designer Jennifer
Taylor. Jennifer is a 1995 graduate of
the Interior Design Program at Mount
Royal University. Her design skills and
practical experience have been applied to
many aspects of the interior design business over the last 15 year and she is extremely passionate about Residential Design. Creating living spaces that her clients are proud to call their own is her most important goal. Jennifer is meticulous about her designs and pays extra attention to every detail. You couldn't ask for a better tour guide to help bring your vision to life.
